Hi, I'm Madi.
I’m a theatre, event and wedding photographer based in Llanelli, working across Wales with people who care about storytelling, atmosphere and real moments.
Photography has always been about people and performance for me — whether that’s on stage, at an event, or during a wedding day. My approach is friendly, calm and unobtrusive, allowing moments to unfold naturally while I document them as honestly as possible.
Alongside photography, I have a background in theatre, with experience in performing, directing and technical roles.
This has shaped the way I work as a photographer, giving me a strong understanding of timing, lighting, movement and collaboration.
It also means I’m comfortable working quietly in live environments, aware of when to step in and when to stay out of the way — something that’s just as valuable at events and weddings as it is in the theatre.

I'm also an ex-teacher, and not afraid to use my "teacher voice" to get those all-important group shots!
I work across three main areas:

While these areas are different, they’re all connected by the same goal: capturing genuine moments and the atmosphere of the occasion.
I’m based in Llanelli and regularly work throughout Carmarthenshire, South Wales and across Wales.
