I have experience photographing both, but theatre photography usually takes place during a dress rehearsal. This allows me to move freely and capture a wide variety of images without distracting an audience. Performance photography can also be arranged where appropriate.

The number of images varies depending on the size and length of the production. Every gallery is carefully selected and edited to ensure you receive a strong collection of images that showcase your production at its best.

A selection of edited photos will be sent to you within 48 hours of the shoot (I usually aim for 24 hours!), to use in marketing and promotion. Edited galleries are usually delivered within 14 days of the performance or dress rehearsal. If you have a specific publicity deadline, please let me know when booking.

Absolutely. Your photographs can be used for social media, websites, programmes, posters, press releases and future marketing of your production. Your photographs will be delivered without watermarks. If I've photographed your production for free, a tag on social media is always appreciated!

Yes! I regularly work with amateur dramatic societies, youth theatre groups and community productions across Wales, offering affordable (sometimes free!) photography that captures all the hard work you've put into your production.

Yes. I work with youth theatre groups and young performers and understand the additional considerations involved when photographing productions featuring children and young people. I am DBS checked and registered with the Update Service.

Yes. I'm based in Llanelli but work with theatre companies across Wales, and can even travel further afield. If you're unsure whether I cover your area, just get in touch.

Having performed, directed and worked backstage myself, I understand theatre from the inside. I know how much work goes into every production and the moments that matter most. My goal is to create images that capture the atmosphere, emotion and energy of your show, and showcase the hard work of everyone involved, while remaining unobstrusive and flexible to your needs as a director and company.

Absolutely! Cast and company headshots can be added to theatre photography bookings, providing a convenient way to create professional images for programmes, publicity and performer portfolios. If you book me for cast and company headshots, chances are I'll photograph your production for free 😉
